Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers?
Working as a Loss Prevention Officer, you will help deliver our goal of keeping customers, associates, and assets safe. Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or a security guard role is ideal but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Support a positive customer experience by serving as a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at the entrance doors.
* Deterrent loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
* Collaborate closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
* Remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Demonstrate resilience, self‑motivation, and strong communication skills to make a difference.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in a customer‑facing or retail/security role (preferably but not mandatory).
* Ability to stay calm, professional, and maintain composure under pressure.
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to influence and resolve conflict.
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference.
