Onsite Services Engineer
Salary: £30,000 per year (plus on call allowance) • Working hours: 09:00-17:30 • Location: Fully on-site in Lytham St Annes • Security Clearance: SC Clearance but candidate can start once their BPSS Clearance comes through
Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite/deskside and remote support within SLA targets
* Perform hardware break-fix, device replacements and IMAC activities
* Diagnose and resolve desktop, hardware, software and connectivity issues
* Manage ticket updates, escalations and user communication
* Support additional customer sites where required
Skills & Experience
* Previous IT Support, Deskside or Field Engineering experience
* Strong Windows OS and desktop/laptop troubleshooting skills
* Experience with hardware support, networking and remote access technologies
* Exposure to Active Directory and Microsoft Office / Office 365 beneficial
* Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving abilities
