SOC Manager
This is a key leadership role within a growing organisation at the forefront of secure digital solutions. As SOC Manager, you'll shape the direction, performance, and maturity of the Security Operations Centre, driving innovation in threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Setting the strategy and roadmap for SOC operations in line with organisational goals.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of security analysts across all levels.
* Designing, optimising, and embedding SOC processes, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks.
* Driving continuous improvement in SOC tools, technologies, and threat detection capabilities.
* Overseeing incident response, from preparation through to post-incident reviews.
* Building strong cross-functional relationships with risk, compliance, and threat intelligence teams.
* Ensuring operational readiness 24/7 and maintaining compliance with standards like ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
* Managing external vendors, contracts, and audit responses.
* Acting as a visible leader to both your team and senior stakeholders.
Main Skills Needed:
* Significant cybersecurity experience (8+ years), including SOC leadership.
* Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence frameworks.
* Proven background in incident response and crisis management.
* Solid technical grounding in TCP/IP, firewalls, malware analysis, and digital forensics.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
* Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CCSP or similar) highly desirable.
