WHAT OUR BRANCH SUPERVISORS DO:
* Lead by example and work closely with the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers.
* Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and achievement of sales targets.
* Support the delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
* Assist with branch operations and support colleagues as required.
* Help ensure team compliance with Health and Safety, company policies, and procedures.
* Undertake stocktakes and audits, and maintain maintenance records for branch vehicles.
* Conduct branch housekeeping for front of house, warehousing, and merchanting.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
* Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
* Customer-focused, confident, and proactive in engaging with customers.
* Commercial mindset to drive sales and maximize margins, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Good organizational skills, able to prioritize and use initiative.
* Confident IT skills, experience with MS Office and industry software such as SAP.
* Full and valid driving license is essential; FLT license could be advantageous.
* Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required.
* Experience with stock takes, ideally in a trade, builders merchant, glazing, or uPVC environment.
* Comfortable working in a small team and alone on occasion.
HOURS & SALARY:
* 44 hours per week, permanent role.
* 7am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday; 8am - 12pm on a Saturday rota.
* Salary: £28,740 basic per year.
* Bonus/OTE: Up to £33,540 annually.
