£34,670 per annum – including London Allowance.
Hours
35 hours per week. Full‑time, permanent.
Eligibility
Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK or have leave to remain and the associated right to work for the duration of employment. The University will not issue a Certificate of Sponsorship.
Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate the front‑of‑house team, ensuring inspirational customer service.
* Oversee seamless front‑of‑house operations at the Founders Kitchen.
* Drive and increase sales while controlling costs.
* Work evenings and weekends as required, with time off in lieu.
