About the Role:
As a tutor, you’ll work one-on-one or in small groups, delivering tailored sessions that support pupils academically and emotionally. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of learners, including those with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, dyslexia), SEMH needs (e.g. low confidence, anxiety), and Looked After Children (LAC).
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or minimum 3 years of teaching/tutoring experience
✔ Experience supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or LAC
✔ Ability to build strong, positive relationships with students
✔ Skilled in assessment, planning, and delivery of personalised learning programmes
✔ Confident in adapting teaching styles to meet individual needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
