Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, communication and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs. Assist the class teacher and SENCo in delivering tailored interventions and learning programmes. Support children in accessing the curriculum and fully engaging in school life.
