Sodexo is looking for an experienced and driven Technical Services Lead to take the helm at our flagship site in Kinsale, Ireland – a thriving, large-scale campus with 50 buildings, 1,400 clients, and over 100 Sodexo team members working alongside specialist contractors. With the site in a major growth phase, this is your chance to lead within a complex, high-performance, and tightly regulated environment, ensuring world-class standards are met every single day. Your Impact As our Technical Services Lead, you’ll: Own site-wide technical performance – delivering excellence in safety, compliance, and operational standards. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 5 skilled technical staff. Manage key systems including BMS, Maximo, GMARS (or similar). Champion GMP compliance and the highest HSE standards. Drive efficiency with KPI monitoring and continuous improvement projects. Deliver critical projects with sharp attention to documentation and reporting. Build trusted partnerships with our client and key on-site stakeholders. What You Bring We’re looking for a leader who is: Proven in managing technical services in a regulated (GMP) environment. Experienced in leading technical teams (2 years in people management). Skilled in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferred). Confident in client-facing roles, with exceptional communication and relationship skills. Strategic yet hands-on – able to collaborate across departments and respond proactively.
