About this opportunity Here in the Embedded Finance team, we're a start-up business unit within Lloyds Banking Group Consumer Lending and are tasked with building out propositions that solve customers’ financial needs, when and where they are.

What you'll be doing We're looking for an Integrator to coordinate dependencies between the Embedded Finance New Initiatives Lab and stakeholders such as other internal Labs & Platforms, Group Executive Functions and 3rd Parties which help us define and deliver the next growth phase for Embedded Finance.
You'll help prioritise and deliver future embedded finance products and propositions including coordinating complex, strategically important implementations. Support Product and Strategy teams on scoping and delivering impactful Embedded Finance products, propositions and projects. Catalogue and manage dependencies between the lab and other teams, whilst helping with sequencing & prioritising integration related tasks. Identify and help solve blockers to delivery and keeping stakeholders informed on progress to push the lab to deliver at pace. Act as the point of contact and interface between 3rd party suppliers and key business partners. Identify, implement and support continuous improvement across processes and ways of working

What you’ll need
Experience working on financial services products, ideally consumer finance and/or payment propositions. You have worked on customer centric digital products and can demonstrate end to end ownership and delivery of complex change. You can work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles in order to get stuff done, demonstrating strong collaboration skills to resolve conflict, build consensus and influence good outcomes. You're data driven with planning, tracking & reporting skills. Happy to take ownership of critical issues, risks and dependencies identified and working towards resolution within agreed timescales. Ability to analyse and solve complex problems efficiently, applying your logical thinking and innovative approach to overcoming challenges with pragmatic solutions. Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders
