Salary: £51,356 – £54,495 per year

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a small, established team of social workers and Social Worker Assistants within the Family Help Service
* Manage, supervise and develop staff
* Lead complex decision-making and manage risk
* Build and maintain strong multi‑agency partnerships
* Promote reflective, relationship‑based practice across the service
Qualifications
* Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England
* Substantial post‑qualifying experience in statutory children’s social care
* Experience in managing, supervising and developing staff
* Confident in leading complex decision‑making and managing risk
* Skilled in building strong multi‑agency partnerships
* Committed to restorative, relationship‑based practice
* Resilience, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for children and families
