Our established client is seeking an experienced Production Planner.
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum
Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Production Planner to join a busy manufacturing environment in Tonbridge, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong planning, stock, administration, and logistics coordination skills to play a key role in ensuring efficient production flow and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
* Production planning and scheduling using MRP systems
* Coordinating stock control and inventory accuracy
* Supporting logistics planning and materials flow
* General administration and reporting related to production activities
* Liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
* Maintaining accurate records using Word, Excel, and internal systems
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in production planning, manufacturing admin, or similar role
* Working knowledge of MRP systems (SAGE)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (desirable SAGE)
* Experience with stock control and logistics coordination
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
