The role provides high-quality admin support to a busy Children and Families Team covering the Three Towns area. Hours are alternate Wednesdays 09:00 - 16:45, Thursdays 09:00 - 16:45, and Fridays 09:00 - 16:30. The successful candidate will handle queries from colleagues and customers, maintaining confidentiality, and produce correspondence, reports, and presentations. They will organize multi-disciplinary meetings, take minutes, order supplies, process invoices, and handle cash in accordance with North Ayrshire Council procedures.
