Join a world-class public sector audit team providing distinctive audit and advisory services to clients such as central government bodies, local government bodies (including Councils, police and fire services), NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards.

About The Role
As a graduate trainee you will undertake a three-year training contract with progression through the following stages:
Year 1
* Master the art of auditing: learn to prepare audit documents using current software and methodologies.
* Financial statements: understand statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
* Work with clients: gain exposure to diverse companies and understand their operations and challenges.
* Build relationships: develop professional relationships with clients and within the team.
Years 2 & 3
* Take on more complex audit work (e.g., revenue recognition, valuation, risk assessments).
* Take ownership of audit engagements and lead delivery.
* Mentor junior team members and continue your development; you will join the firm as a permanent employee beyond year 3.
Who We're Looking For
* On track to or have obtained an undergraduate degree; strong academics are preferred, but we consider the whole profile including experiences.
* Curious and eager to learn; critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to self-development and learning; strong ownership and responsibility.
* Respect for diversity and integrity; enjoys meeting new people.
* Works well under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude; excellent time management; willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working.
Learning and Development
Fully funded professional qualification for this role: ICAS. The programme includes coaching, mentorship, study time, and a blended training approach (in-person and virtual). You will be assigned a buddy to help you settle in during your first year.
