ASA Recruitment are currently looking for a Nightshift Nurse’s to join our team. The Nightshift Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift. This role requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients they are responsible for.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing.
To carry out the distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, and management of chronic medical conditions
