Shift & Pay
* DAYS - Monday to Friday (7am-3pm)
* No rotating shifts
* Full‑time hours
* Temp‑to‑permanent opportunity
Easy Commute
* Company bus available for just £3 per day
* Serving Portsmouth, Havant, Waterlooville and surrounding areas

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be leading from the front - not stuck behind a desk:
* Supporting and motivating your team to hit targets
* Keeping production running smoothly and efficientlyCoaching operators and helping develop their skills
* Stepping in to solve problems and reduce downtime
* Driving standards around quality, safety, and performance
* Supporting training, return‑to‑work processes, and team development
* Getting involved in continuous improvement and Lean/5S activities
