Responsibilities
* Support the store manager with all aspects of running a busy store.
* Lead and develop your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet store targets.
* Maintain the highest standards of presentation and customer service to ensure the store is the best in town for customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Well organised with great communication skills.
* Willing to learn and develop leadership capabilities under an experienced store manager.
* Interest in contributing to one of the UK\'s largest charity retailers with a full training and development package, promotion prospects, pension and benefits.
