Are You an Inspirational Leader in Mental Health & Learning Disability Support?We're looking for a Team Leader to lead and develop a dedicated team delivering person-centred support for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. This is a pivotal role ensuring high-quality care, staff development, and compliance with best practices across our services.
Key Responsibilities: Lead & mentor a team of Support Workers, fostering a person-centred culture Covering 4 homes each supporting 3-4 individuals Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and reviews to achieve individual outcomes Manage staff rotas, supervisions, and training needs Build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals Drive continuous improvement in service delivery* Willing to get involved with helping staff with hands on workWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in mental health/learning disability support & team leadership Strong person-centred approach (PCP training desirable) Ability to motivate staff and manage resources effectively An experiences Team Leader or Deputy Manager* Flexibility - must be willing to work across shifts, including weekends/on-callDesirable (Not Essential):
NVQ Level 3 in Care/Management (or willingness to work towards) Experience in budget/resource managementWhy Apply?
