We're seeking a Steering Integration Engineer to support the development and integration of Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) systems. Key Responsibilities
Support the Lead Engineer in delivering EPAS system functionality to project timelines.
Conduct vehicle testing and software evaluations to ensure road readiness.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (Vehicle Dynamics, ADAS, Diagnostics, etc.).
Develop and refine steering calibrations and software functionality.
Investigate and resolve customer warranty issues.
Contribute to test planning and validation using HiL systems.
Support diagnostic flow development and testing.Skills & Experience Required
Understanding of mechatronic systems (EPAS, brakes, suspension).
Experience in technical project delivery and supplier management.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and network analysis (Vector, ETAS, Intrepid).
Problem-solving and fault-debugging capabilities.
Appreciation of Vehicle Dynamics and NVH.
Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.Education & Qualifications
Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
