We are seeking a reliable, motivated Business Development Executive who is confident on the phone and wants to develop their commercial skills within a professional environment. “This role would suit someone early in their career or looking to move into a professional business development environment.”
The Role
This is a full-time office-based role in Eastbourne focused on outbound business development and relationship building.
You will be responsible for identifying and fostering new business opportunities for our clients, generating leads, communicating with potential organisations and coordinating outreach activity to secure qualified meetings.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop professional communication skills, commercial awareness and confidence working with business leaders.
Full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective organisations in a professional manner
* Secure qualified new business meetings for clients
* Identify and qualify opportunities through targeted outreach
* Build rapport and relationships with senior decision-makers
* Utilise CRM systems to manage activity and pipelines
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Follow up leads from campaigns, events and referrals
* Coordinate outreach activity to support campaign objectives
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets
* Maintain consistent daily activity levels and standards
