Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Care Home Manager located in Stockport. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care for residents, managing staff, and upholding regulatory compliance and standards. The role involves budgeting, coordinating with healthcare professionals, monitoring care plans, and engaging with residents and their families to ensure their overall well-being. Qualifications Experience in healthcare management, team leadership, and elderly care Knowledge of regulatory compliance, patient care standards, and dementia care Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently Empathy, patience, and dedication to improving residents’ quality of life Relevant qualification in healthcare management or nursing Registration with a relevant regulatory body
