The Head of Colleague Experience will be an important leader in the Group, sharing our strategy and vision and a catalyst for embedding our culture - an inspirational storyteller who brings our values to life and fosters a workplace where collaboration, trust and engagement thrive. The role holder will champion employee voice, drive strategic alignment and curate meaningful human connection across the organisation.
The person in post will regularly present to our Group Exec, gaining their confidence and trust around our internal comms and engagement strategy and activation. They will be the deputy for the Head of Communications and will help and support our Exec and senior leadership team to be highly visible and accessible, helping colleagues feel confident and connected to the journey we're on.
Leading internal communications with creativity and clarity, the Head of Colleague Experience will have strong expertise in using Microsoft 365- especially SharePoint and Viva Engage - to create a truly social-first colleague experience.
