Axon Moore are excited to be supporting a well-established business in Lancaster to recruit a new Accounts Assistant.
Responsibilities
* Matching, checking and coding invoices (including processing VAT correctly)
* Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Filing invoices electronically
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
* Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary
* Entry of payments on bank system
* Generate on-hold invoice report to enable accruals to be made
* Provide support to wider team
* Processing and reconciliation of credit card transactions
* Allocation of cash receipts
