They are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Trades Person to join their team in the Barnsley area, working on a major blue-chip retail / hotel contracts. JOB DESCRIPTION The Multi Skilled / Plumber will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of Fabric Technician duties, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance tasks. The role requires a customer-focused approach, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within safety guidelines. KEY REPSONSIBLITIES Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks, from basic plumbing to maintenance to building fabric of the building. Multi-skilled role so a handy man who has relevant experience within a similar setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working within commercial contracts carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on a multiple commercial contracts.
