Sogeti UK is renowned for being the Testing & Quality Engineering specialists and we're looking for talented individuals with a passion for quality engineering and testing who want to join a market leading organisation as a SAP Test Manager consultant.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role And Responsibilities
Familiarity with industry-leading test tools and experience in leading various test phases.
Proficiency in test effort and resource estimation models, with a track record in managing testing activities across all phases.
Demonstrated experience in developing and designing complex testing engagements and solutions, with expertise in Tosca and SolMan
Experience of executing SAP E2E testing (internal to SAP and externally to non-SAP Systems)
Manage and mentor teams, addressing career needs, conducting performance reviews, and resolving operational challenges proactively.
Required Skills
Experience in SAP HANA programs, including transitioning from SAP ECC to S4 HANA or similar.
Experience in formulating Test Strategy/Test Approaches for large complex programs with multiple workstreams and vendors.
Experience in Test Planning, Strategy, Script, and Test Execution Management on SAP programs.
Technical leadership in enhancing Test Automation capabilities, especially in Agile/DevOps environments, with a focus on Tosca products and SAP Automation.
Good organizational skills for delivering Test Process Improvement assessments and plans.
Knowledgeable in defining Testing Scope and identifying key TORs for Test Resource roles.
Desirable Skills
Certifications in ISQTB Software Testing or similar qualification (Master level)
Experience of Agile methodology and Agile techniques in testing
Drive account growth by devising and implementing innovative solutions, fostering client relationships, and advancing service agreements, including Managed Services.
Support bidding processes, collaborating closely with Sales and Delivery Directors
Experience in growing accounts by creating new or extended solutions, including transitioning relationships to Managed Services.
Security Check (SC) Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
