About the Role:
As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that maximize RevPAR across both short-stay and long-stay revenue streams. You will be responsible for producing insightful reporting and conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Your extensive experience with PMS, RMS, OTA systems, and revenue management tools will enable you to confidently leverage technology to achieve ambitious commercial objectives.

You will oversee the full booking journey, ensuring seamless processes that support retention while adapting to seasonal fluctuations and shifts in demand. By driving high conversion rates, empowering teams to confidently engage in booking-led activity, and fostering a culture of excellence, you will strengthen performance across the business.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
Take ownership of all revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the business on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Develop and deliver revenue management strategies that maximise occupancy and income across short-stay and long-stay streams.
Manage relationships with OTAs and third-party aggregators to drive bookings and visibility.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and historical data to forecast demand and set competitive pricing.
Act as the in-house expert on PMS systems, providing guidance and training to other teams.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and front office to align commercial strategies and maximise opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in hotel revenue management.
Be self-motivated and able to uphold the highest level of accountability and integrity.
Strong knowledge of PMS, channel management, and OTA platforms, with the ability to take ownership of these systems.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to consolidate data from multiple sources into clear reporting.
Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly.
Resilient under pressure and confident in handling challenging situations.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive in problem solving.
Excellent communication skills, able to build trust and confidence across teams.
Experience in student accommodation or hospitality is an advantage.
