SCRUM Master (SFIA 5) Pay rate: £550 inside IR35 Employment type: Contract Location: Telford - Ideally 2 x per week (will be negotiable but not much) Clearance Level: SC Eligible Overview: We're looking for an experienced SFIA Level 5 Scrum Master with a background in software development and testing. This role requires a delivery-focused Scrum Master who understands the end-to-end delivery life cycle and can apply agile pragmatically to ensure work is delivered successfully. Ideally we are looking for somebody that has delivered across heavy development projects matching the HMRC Environment (Java, AWS, Kubernetes etc) This is not a purely facilitative role; the successful candidate will bring a technical lens to delivery, enabling them to identify risks early, challenge constructively, and adapt ways of working to keep delivery on track.
