This hybrid role can be based from the Liverpool or Manchester city centre offices - you'll spend 50% of your time in the office and 50% working from home.
In this senior/lead role, you will take ownership of the firm’s bid pipeline and content library, ensuring best practice and consistency across all submissions.
You will lead, coach and develop a team of Bid Managers while personally project-managing major tenders, including NHS and wider public sector frameworks.

Qualifications
* A career background in law firms / legal sector, with a solid understanding of how legal services are procured and delivered.
* Experience leading and managing a team, with the ability to develop, motivate and support others.
* Strong experience in public sector procurement, ideally within NHS frameworks or similar regulated environments.
* Exceptional bid management, writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
* The ability to translate complex legal or technical information into clear, compelling proposals.
