This permanent, part-time position is available due to the upcoming retirement of our current Office Manager. The successful candidate will become a vital member of our small, friendly team, contributing to a supportive and dynamic workplace.
Job Description
As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and maintaining the smooth running of administrative processes within the company. This varied position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include managing office operations, providing project administration, and supporting HR, accounts and health and safety processes.
Part-time: 3.5 - 4 days per week. Office based with potential for hybrid/flexible working
Key Skills Previous experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Xero (essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) (essential)
Experience with project management software such as WorkFlowMax (advantageous).
Proactive and resourceful mindset
Ability to multitask and switch between tasks efficiently
Benefits Salary range: £27k to £32k per annum (pro rata)
22 days annual leave (pro rata) + bank holidays
