The Opportunity
We’re searching for a 3D Experiential Designer to join our client’s growing creative team. You’ll work closely with senior creatives and production specialists to bring ideas to life across brand activations, festival builds, pop-ups, sponsorship activations, and large-scale live experiences.
This role is ideal for a designer with a passion for turning ideas into tangible environments, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative studio setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Creative Director and Lead Designer to develop innovative 3D concepts and visuals.
* Support creative ideation, concept development, and design execution for client briefs.
* Produce sketches, illustrations, technical drawings, and 3D visuals to communicate concepts clearly.
* Work with the production team to ensure technical accuracy, material suitability, and on-site feasibility.
* Prepare polished presentation decks, mood boards, and visuals for pitches and client presentations.
* Assist in sourcing materials, samples, and references for design development.
* Attend site visits with senior team members to capture accurate measurements and visual details.
* Stay up to date with trends in experiential design, materials, and emerging AI-assisted creative tools.
About You
* 2–3 years’ experience in a design or creative role, ideally within an agency or event environment.
* Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray is essential, along with Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience with 3D modelling software (such as Blender or Cinema 4D) is a strong advantage.
* A solid understanding of brand activation design, event logistics, and production processes.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
* Passionate about live experiences, events, and creating memorable environments.
