Role Description
This is a full-time on or off site role for a Complex Residential Broker. The broker will be responsible for evaluating clients' financial situations, identifying suitable mortgage options, and guiding clients through the application process. Daily tasks include analysing credit reports, negotiating with lenders, and providing tailored advice to ensure clients secure the best possible mortgage deals. The role requires a deep understanding of the mortgage industry and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
* Experience in mortgage brokering, evaluating credit reports, and negotiating with lenders
* Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, regulations, and financial products
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to analyse financial situations and provide tailored advice
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with mortgage-related software
* Relevant certification in mortgage brokering or financial services is a plus
* Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Frodsham or fully remote.

* Salary range for experienced advisors is £35000 with OTE of 75-100k
