Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working with a prestigious client based in Co Fermanagh for a Deputy General Manager Salary: Negotiable The Role As Deputy General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the hotel, supporting the General Manager in overseeing all departments and acting as the senior decision-maker in their absence. Your focus will include operational efficiency, occupancy levels, financial performance, staff development and guest satisfaction.
