We are currently seeking a Temporary Finance Administrator to support our finance team on a week-by-week basis. In this role, you will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department. Your responsibilities will include- Data entry and processing of financial transactions- Assisting with invoice processing and reconciliation- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative duties- Assisting with month-end processes as requiredThis is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a finance role and contribute to the success of our organisation on a temporary basis.What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a finance or accounting environment- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word- Excellent organisational and time management skills- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- A positive attitude and willingness to learnWhat you’ll get in return
