Job Responsibilities
1. Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards
2. Assist with the assembly and packing of components, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
3. Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products
4. Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe working environment
5. Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions diligently
6. Support team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
7. Report any equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications
8. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is preferred
9. Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills for handling small components
10. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under supervision
11. Willingness to learn and follow training provided
12. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
13. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
14. Ability to work shifts, including days and potentially evenings or weekends as required
Working hours: Shift days: 7.50am - 4.45pm Mon to Thurs, then 7.50am to 12.10pm Friday
