Mortgage & Protection Adviser Needed - OTE £60-80K+ Uncapped
Eden Hawk Financial Solutions are a Cardiff based Brokerage with over 37 years of experience in the mortgage & protection market, we are looking for an adviser who will work on a self‑employed basis and has a likeminded approach to building their business within our business.
It is likely that you are already a successful Mortgage and Protection adviser but are looking to have more control of your destiny and the support needed to build a meaningful and successful business.
At Eden Hawk Financial Solutions we have built a business to help you grow your business:
* We help advisers to build a successful and sustainable business. Social media, skills training, personal development, admin support etc.
* We provide tailored support and guidance that you want or need, but are careful not to unnecessarily interfere in the way in which you want to operate
* There is absolutely no “management” of advisers – just support
* As you might expect, advisers working with us need to be highly compliant, demonstrate ethical behaviour and deliver first‑class advice and service

Requirements:
* CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification
* A positive attitude and excellent team communication
* Client‑orientated with high customer service skills and communication
* The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
* Minimum 2 years experience of delivering mortgage & protection advice
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Exceptional organisation skills
* A professional and ethical approach
* A good understanding of compliance and governance.
* An unrivalled level of commission splits
* Small number of high‑quality leads can be available to the right candidate
* Office‑based administration support staff
