The Role
You'll take ownership of the operational management of a varied loan portfolio, from pre-settlement through to maturity. Your responsibilities will encompass:
1. Transaction Management: Coordinate systems setup, settlement, and ongoing administration for bilateral and syndicated debt and equity positions
2. Loan Administration: Execute primary and secondary loan settlement, booking, and day-to-day management within LoanIQ
3. Documentation & Compliance: Navigate loan documentation to facilitate deal booking, funding, and cash flow management while ensuring adherence to risk management frameworks and procedures
