About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside classroom teachers to support students in their learning and development. Your responsibilities may include:
* Providing in-class support to individuals or small groups
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Supporting students with additional learning needs
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
* Helping students build confidence and develop key skills
* Liaising with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
* Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach
* Previous experience in a school or educational setting
