What the role involves
* Undertake plan checks submitted for Building Regulation approval.
* Conduct site visits, prepare site visit reports, and witness tests – a full, valid driving licence is essential.
* Attend client and design team meetings to give professional advice regarding building control work.
* Use our management systems and comply with the Quality Management system.
* Operate in accordance with the commercial requirements of projects (costs and programme).
What we need
* Qualified and experienced Class 2 or Class 3 Building Inspector committed to excellence.
* RBI registration and solid Building Control experience.
* Accreditation from RICS, CABE, CIOB or a similar professional body.
* Strong technical knowledge and a creative problem‑solving mindset.
* A proactive approach to client relationships and to delivering outstanding service.
