This is a superb role for a Senior HR Advisor looking to take that next step into a strategic role partering with key stakeholders across the business. This role will join an established People team delivering the People strategy, driving engagement and supporting the wider team, as a HRBP your role will include:
1. Partnering with site leaders and managers to drive performance, engagement and a positive culture
2. Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, keeping people at the heart of decisions
3. Coaching and advising managers on performance, conduct, attendance and wider employee relations matters
4. Design and deliver practical coaching workshops for managers and colleagues
