Purpose of the Role The role is required to drive the Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety performance at the facility at Welwyn Garden City to help Sika achieve compliance initially and best in class performance in the future. The role is instrumental in the reduction of accidents and incidents to the fulfilment of all related Stakeholder's needs and expectations. The facility leadership team require a trusted point of contact for all environmental, safety, health, fire risk & property protection issues to help them lead on EHS. An EHS professional is required to help the facilities liaise with regulators, legislators, and other key external stakeholders. The Opportunity: Develop and maintain a strong EHS culture within all levels of the facilities and support in execution of our UK EHS Strategy. Core aspects of a successful EHS Management programme are effectively executed. Ensure the site remains legally compliant with all relevant EHS Legal Requirements. As an EHS Manager of WGC & DDC, you will be supported by a strong operational leadership team to ensure you are able to fulfil your roles and responsibilities and support the site objectives and plans.
