Job Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to enhance our night operations at the hotel. In this part-time role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless overnight experience while delivering friendly and professional service to our valued guests. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments, and generating daily reports in close collaboration with the Front Office Manager. Providing outstanding customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assisting with inquiries at the Front Desk. Ensuring effective communication of any issues during handovers at the start and end of each shift. Spend some time cleaning our meeting rooms.
