Carpenter Multi Trade Required – TQ / EX
Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in the South Devon area to work on social housing maintenance contracts.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £35-36,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays.
Carpenter Multi TradeDay to Day:
1. All aspects of carpentry maintenance work in properties
2. Driving a company van safely
3. Reporting to your supervisor
4. Completing work to the correct standard
5. Speaking to customers when required
Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:
6. Carpentry Qualification
7. Good multi trade experience
8. Previous experience working within social housing
9. Good attitude
10. Honest and reliable
11. Full UK driving license
12. DBS will be done for successful candidate
