We’re working with a fast-growing international FMCG business that’s launching a premium household paper brand into the UK market, and they’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead the charge.

This is a rare opportunity to spearhead the UK launch of a well-established global brand, backed by a major consumer goods group. If you’re a commercial leader with a passion for building brands and winning business, this one’s for you.

Your Mission

As Head of Sales, you will:

* Develop and execute the UK sales and route-to-market strategy
* Win listings with major retailers (e.g., Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s) and wholesalers
* Build and lead a high-performing sales team
* Negotiate joint business plans and trading terms
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and availability
* Deliver ambitious revenue, distribution, and profit targets
* Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events


What You Bring

* 8+ years of FMCG sales experience (household, hygiene, or grocery preferred)
* Proven success launching or scaling brands in the UK retail/wholesale space
* Deep knowledge of UK retail and route-to-market dynamics
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach
