Are you a people person, passionate about keeping others safe? Join us in a prominent role as Security Manager where guest safety and security are your priority.
You’ll lead from the front and be observant, making sure our guests feel safe and secure in their home away from home. You'll be proactive and observant, ready to respond to any situation with confidence, while maintaining a calm and welcoming environment.
You’ll need to hold a full clean driving license and SIA Door Supervisor license.

What you will be doing...
* Planning resource levels to ensure adequate security coverage.
* Utilising team members to patrol the park, providing deterrence and preventing incidents.
* Ensuring compliance with security instructions.
* Managing incidents with proper escalation and reporting.
* Conducting unbiased investigations, preparing detailed statements and reports, and recording all security activities.
* Identifying and managing security vulnerabilities and risks.
* Liaising with local enforcement authorities for inspections and investigations.
* Promoting security awareness among colleagues.
