We are working for a very prestigious propertypany in West London who own and operate a wide range of bothmercial and residential properties in the West End. Procurement in this business is at a brownfield stage where they have put in place some robust procurement processes over the last few years. They have a small team that you would manage and develop during this 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your new
As the Head of Procurement, you would assume some brilliant work that has been done by the previous Head of Procurement, such as embedding key supplier metrics and SLAs and ensuring procurement processes are adhered to internally. You will also be responsible for the upskilling and career development of the existing Procurement Specialist who is really thriving in this role andpany.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you must understand full end-to-end indirect procurement processes and be able to work in a small and immature procurement environment. You will take leadership seriously with the responsibility of managing one person. Ideally, you will be immediately available and able to start this side of Christmas. From interview to onboarding, this could take 1–2 weeks. This role is for 12 months initially, but there may be a chance for extension beyond this point.
You must be able tomute to West London 4 days per week, with 1 day offered from home.
