About the Role
As a Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) you will design, develop and deliver digital support packages and training to schools and families. You will work collaboratively with educators, technologists and media professionals to keep our resources clinically robust, engaging and accessible.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Development – Contribute to ongoing development and refinement of SLCN support packages, ensuring evidence‑based content and user‑friendly design.
* Training and CPD Delivery – Develop and deliver training sessions and professional development materials for schools and other professionals.
* Customer Support – Provide expert clinical guidance and support to users, ensuring high‑quality customer experience.
* Research and Impact – Support research initiatives and evaluation projects to assess effectiveness of tools.
Essential Qualifications
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with HCPC and RCSLT.
* Experience supporting children and young people with SLCN in educational settings.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to engage a wide range of professionals.
* Comfortable using digital tools and keen to apply expertise in a tech‑based environment.
* Proactive, flexible and innovative mindset, excited about shaping the future of support services.
Desirable
* Experience in resource or content development.
* Familiarity with school systems and digital learning platforms.
* Interest or experience in research or impact evaluation.
* Experience delivering training remotely via webinar.
* Basic knowledge of Speech & Language Link packages.
