We’re currently seeking Support Workers in Mansfield who bring experience in mental health and challenging behaviour—and a deep commitment to person-centred care.
Shift Pattern
* Day shifts: 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm
* Waking nights: 10pm-8am
* Full flexibility required to work all three shifts, including weekends on a rota basis
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge
* Promote independence, dignity, and choice in everyday life
* Work collaboratively with a skilled team in a structured, supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant in mental health or behavioural support
* Confidence in managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
* A genuine passion for helping others thrive
