We’re currently seeking Support Workers in Mansfield who bring experience in mental health and challenging behaviour —and a deep commitment to person-centred care. Shift Pattern Day shifts: 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm Waking nights: 10pm-8am Full flexibility required to work all three shifts, including weekends on a rota basis What You’ll Be Doing Support individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge Promote independence, dignity, and choice in everyday life Work collaboratively with a skilled team in a structured, supportive environment What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant in mental health or behavioural support Confidence in managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism A genuine passion for helping others thrive What benefits do we offer?
