The Role: We are urgently seeking Carers, Support Workers, and Children Care Assistants in Tunbridge Wells for Waking Nights only. As a care assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients in the local area. Key Details: Shifts: 8-12 hours at night, caring for one paediatric client per shift. Schedule: Fixed rota with overtime options Essential Experience: All our team members receive a fully paid, comprehensive, week-long, classroom-based training program with practical workshops before being introduced to our clients. This training covers all aspects of the Care Certificate and delves into skills needed to support complex clients, such as tracheostomy management and gastrostomy. Additionally, individual, client-focused training continues following the initial classroom induction.
