What is the role?
As a key member of our team, you’ll help maintain and improve our website, social media platforms, and digital content while also providing day‑to‑day IT support across the business. This may include assisting staff with basic technical issues, supporting systems and software, and helping ensure our technology runs smoothly.
You’ll work closely with our operational team to help deliver our marketing strategy, create engaging content, and support internal communications that motivate and connect our staff. We’re also big on data, so success in this role will be measured by your ability to help improve engagement, reach, and overall digital performance.
Responsibilities Include:
* Assist with maintaining and updating the company website and social media platforms
* Provide first‑level IT support to staff, including troubleshooting basic hardware, software and system issues
* Support the creation of digital and print marketing materials
* Help manage digital content, databases and internal systems
* Provide support to the team across marketing campaigns, IT projects and day‑to‑day operations
* Liaise with staff and external providers to resolve technical or system issues
We use Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier etc.), WordPress, Google Marketing Platform (Ads, Analytics, My Business, etc.), Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office Suite and lots more. Experience using these tools is advantageous, as is a solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, including social media and web analytics.
About You:
We’re looking for a self‑starter with a talent for generating innovative ideas to elevate our company digital profile. If you enjoy speaking on camera, have a way with words and can write engaging blogs, enjoys being creative, we’d love to connect with you! Strong organisational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential, along with a keen eye for detail.
We especially value candidates who can edit videos, possess graphic design skills to create social media tiles and printable fliers, is proficient with various technologies and apps, as these abilities will significantly support our sales team. An ability and willingness to learn the mandated compliance requirements for Marketing within an RTO & GTO organisation, you could be the unicorn we’re searching for!
