Purpose of the role
1. This is a key post contributing to the operational management of Adullams general needs accommodation services. Working with the Head of Housing to support the Association to ensure effective delivery of housing related services.
2. You will act as the central point of contact for administrating and delivering professional tenancy management service to our general let tenants and external stakeholders.
3. We own and manage a limited number of properties across the UK, it is therefore necessary for us to prioritise applicants to ensure and fair and equitable allocation of our available accommodation to those with more than just a need for quality ho...
