Procurement & Supply Chain Graduate
Join our fast‑paced aerospace business at Draken and support the sourcing and delivery of mission‑critical components and services. In this rotational role you’ll gain exposure to the full procurement lifecycle – from supplier selection and contract negotiation to logistics and inventory management – within a highly regulated, safety‑critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the procurement of aerospace components, systems and services in line with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
* Support supplier selection, RFQ processes and commercial negotiations.
* Monitor supplier performance, lead times and quality metrics.
* Collaborate with engineering, quality and logistics teams to resolve supply issues and ensure on‑time delivery.
* Analyse spend data and market trends to identify cost‑saving and risk‑mitigation opportunities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including digitisation and sustainability in the supply chain.
* Ensure compliance with export controls, ITAR and aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
Experience / Skills / Qualifications
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
* Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
* Interest in aerospace, technology and complex engineering environments.
* Degree (or expected) in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
* Internship or placement in a procurement / supply chain or engineering environment.
* Proactive, curious and resilient.
